Optimum Realism is a realistic resource pack that replaces Minecraft blocks, items and mobs with textures closer to their real-life look: bricks, wood, stone, sand and other materials get detailed surfaces instead of flat pixel patterns. Its main idea is to keep realism without heavy lag, so the author focuses on the balance between quality and performance. On Java Edition the pack has been downloaded millions of times and is known for reworking more than 650 blocks, adding custom 3D models for some mobs and items, and supporting PBR and parallax effects with shaders.
This version is a port of Optimum Realism for Bedrock Edition. It is only partially compatible, so not every feature from Java carries over, but the main realistic textures are there.
Because it is a partial port, some blocks may still use default textures and special Java features like 3D mob models or depth effects may be missing. Still, if you want your Bedrock world to look more realistic without going for the heaviest packs out there, Optimum Realism is worth a try, especially for builders who like natural materials and real-world architecture.
