BlockyPets Mod

BlockyPets adds 10 unique block-inspired pets to Minecraft, each with custom animations, sounds, and intelligent AI. These aren't just retextured wolves—each pet has distinct idle, walk, attack, hurt, sit, and angry animations that give them personality. They spawn naturally in specific biomes and dimensions, follow their owners, defend against monsters, and can be named using a custom UI when you tame them. Some pets even have functional inventories, making them both companions and practical storage solutions.

The addon includes custom blocks like Stonecutter, Glowing Obsidian, and Nether Reactor Core with crafting recipes. Each pet requires a unique item to tame, and once tamed, they'll protect you by attacking nearby monsters and defending when you're attacked. The Chest and Ender pets feature working 27-slot inventories accessible by right-clicking, while shift + right-click makes them sit or stand. The old-school Stonecutter provides a custom cutting interface supporting stone variants, sandstone, brick, quartz, prismarine, and more.
