However, as the submission title says, it requires the following mods for certain items to be appeared:

= ProjectRed (Lighting and Wire) mod (due to lights and its connections (via black wires)).
= MrCrayfish's furniture mod (for appliances and several conveniences for houses)

Note: This was taken in 1.12.2 Forge.
