Description
Trireme is a class of warships that were used by the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean, especially by the Phoenicians, the ancient Greeks and the ancient Romans.
The triremes got their name from the three rows of oars, which were usually staggered one above the other; each paddle was operated by one person.
