Mobotropolis Civic Center (From Sonic The Hedgehog)

Surprisingly, this is the first Sonic-themed build I've ever posted, given my childhood love for the series and that one of my Minecraft dream projects would be to create a large Mobius-themed world.

It is the New Mobotroplis Civic Center, based on this illustration: https://www.deviantart.com/yardley/art/New-Mobotropolis-designs-6-84157196 . According to the Mobius Encyclopedia, it is "A social gathering center for everything between club meetings and city referendums".

This was my only surviving build from the first server I ever played on (same world that my little brothers castle was from), as the rest were lost when the host recreated the world and told me that I needed to choose a single home to port over to the new world. For this upload, I decided to do some more detailing both inside and outside the building, since the interior was originally very empty and was just being used as my home base. I added more detail to the architecture and installed a second floor, flower garden, meeting room, and library inside. :) I think I would enjoy both the nostalgia and challenge of expanding upon this to make a whole Mobotropolis city, or even a whole Sonic world, but as said before, I'm trying to finish what projects I've started before I go making any new ones!
