Description

Office Tower is a tall rectangular high-rise in pale cream, built as a single clean slab with no setbacks until the very top. Its entire surface is covered in narrow vertical window slots arranged in a tight, even grid, which gives the walls a ribbed texture and makes the building look taller than its footprint would suggest. A smaller boxy section sits on the roof, stepped back from the edges and topped with a row of antennas.

The base widens into a low podium level that meets the street with a paved plaza wrapping around it. Keeping the palette to one light color across the whole height is what makes this one work: it reads as a serious corporate block rather than a decorative build, and it slots neatly into a downtown skyline alongside glass and brick towers.
