Description
A 17 storey apartment building with underground parking spots and 4 garages.There are 2 furnished apartments per floor sized 16x24.There are no terraces for a reason.It can also be used as an office building.It can be divided properly in regions and sold seperately with Residence and Residence Signs.Paste at ground level.

This is my first schematic,so i hope you like it :)
CAUTION: Windows are made from ice.Some blindfolded creatures can't see from the pictures.Use a plugin that prevents ice melting or paste in the correct biome.
