Hey guys,
So this build took place on a private server owned by a friend of mine and as I was finishing it I was pretty proud of it and thought that some of you guys might have liked a Modern House with pool and everything that kind of goes with it.
This house has a kitchen downstairs with stairs to the first floor and a back door to the pool which has a little table and chairs next to the pond. The upstairs is not furniture however I did try and furnish the downstairs bit. The kitchen looks directly into the pool if you where wondering so you can see under water.
I made this project and did not copy the ModernHolidayHouse from a schematic and/or pass it on as my own when it's someone else's however.

- Put the downloaded
.litematicfile into the.minecraft/schematics/folder. - In game, press M to open the Litematica menu and choose Load Schematics.
- Select the file in the list and click Load Schematic.
- Position the placement where you want it and build β or paste it instantly in creative with Easy Place mode.
Requires the Litematica mod (Java Edition).
