Well, it was a little more than a week since I posted the second set of Kanto starters, as I promised, but here they are. Thank you for the support!
Side Note: On Blastoise's original pixel art, his belly is tan instead of yellow, and I could have used clay, but I wanted it all to be wool. Feel free to change it... if it bothers you.
