just put this in your world and pull the lever.
You have to get a cow egg namet LightningStorm and use it wherever. A particle effect will be played and entities between a radius of blocks from 5 (min radius) to 20 will be struck by a lightining. to not being lightning-struck you need to be near to the portal particles.ONLY 1.8 +
