Fancy-ish Observation Tower
2 entrances
2 spiral staircases that lead to the 2 upper levels
Chandelier
I was doing a much larger chandelier for 1st floor but couldn't get it to look right, so I'll leave that up to you.
The 2 staircases were meant to be elevator shafts so if you have some type of elevator mod or whatever you can change that for quicker travel.
