Makes an underwater pillar of ice that slowly grows! Uses named armor stands and random /tp'ing of those armor stands to make a randomly generated structure of ice!
The ice pillar has an outside layer of Ice with an inner core of packed ice.
Only Five blocks tall! Can easily be hidden in bedrock.
Has a "fast mode" and a normal mode. can be changed with levers found inside.
