Description

The Homesteaders Treehouse is a complete house and farm with a farm stocked with animals and full vegetable garden; The crafting area has 9 furnaces stocked with coal, a chest full of dyes, a chest full of awkward potions, Enchanting area and bedroom!

The build is 3 blocks deep in the ground and another 20 blocks tall. It measures 47 X 35 X 23 blocks overall.
The schematic places from the center of the short side (17 blocks to each side of you, 47 deep)

Made in Vanilla minecraft blocks so it should work in any version.
