This wonderful house is based off of a real home, and is about 95% furnished, leaving some space for you to personalize this modern retreat.
It features a huge pool with a diving board, a master bedroom, full kitchen, dining room, family room and a basement that has a great entertainment system. A two story portico in the back gives you a great view of your private backyard and includes a two story outdoor fireplace. This is fairly large, so have room to put this in a fitting plot of land.
