Description
This is the high-security fence that kills the person who attempts to escape or enter through that fence. It has the "barb wires" (the tripwire) that triggers death to that particular person who tries to enter or escape there. This is good for the prisons wanting too much security for it to be more secure than ever the person think it would be.
