Trying to use mods from this map, but i cant find a mod website that has Halo's npc addon that isn't blocked

I agree with everyone here. This is one of the best worlds/mods i have ever played! The architecture, the bosses, the dungeons, its all perfection! My only critique are the NPCs. From what i have seen, they are all in Spanish. Would there perhaps be a setting to change the language?
