It's made of fir wood, ebony wood, and wool. And yes, you have to have Biomes' O Plenty. I don't know if any of you would remember from what "you have to have" comes, but anyway, back to the point. No inside stairs, because I usually ruin every building with inside stairs, and also no furniture. It has some lightning sources inside, as well as outside. I think you already got the idea :))
