Is finished (it seems), but in the future you'll have disponible bigger zigurats whose top is that zigurat.
3 floors for now (4 if we count initial floor), with no plants, you can decorate it as you want.
In the top there is a royal house (like all my buildings, with luxury).
Fully ancient themed.
